First time they stated that I got approved went to sign on all my paperwork and come to find out I was actually denied. Waited a whole month for paystubs to come in (every other week I get paid) turned in my stuff and since it passed the 30 days I had to put a new application in. Did that and they denied me because of auto loans/payments but they checked that before and had no issues but now it's a problem. They give you the run around and its not worth the time or hassle. I do not recommend this place

I was very unhappy with the lack of mask protocols at this credit union. I witnessed multiple customers entering and exiting without wearing masks. I did not feel safe and comfortable with all the health restrictions. I felt that protocol should have been followed correctly.
