What I like about Common wealth is I never have to wait very long. They have a young lady to greet you show you to the restroom then direct you to the examining room after she ask you every thing she needs to know for the Dr. It's know time before the Dr.s in to see you she is very pleasant to talk to she ask me a lot of questions about my pain and if there's anything she can do to help me. We've got a plan 💚 I feel comfortable with her.

I spent the entire year seen by these people in that time on multiple occasions I expressed where my pain originated from I want to be ignored because they had in mind where they believed it was so even upon getting MRIs done and the MRI tech telling me that I needed to have a different Scan done than they were ordering they refused and had me scan. I completely different part of my body than the pain was originating from upon not seeing from the scan which I was told they weren’t by the MRI technicians going to be able to. I was told that the medication I’ve been treated with for over a year and a half almost 2 years precisely was not going to be given to me anymore because they just didn’t see enough reason to do so. It never seem to be an issue when they charge me $250 cash every time I walked through the door to see a doctor for literally five minutes. I’ve spent more time in one visit with my primary doctor that I’ve spent with their doctors in 12 months straight combined, that is not even an exaggeration upon calling me after I told him I could continue with my primary doctor because their plan for me would not require me coming there and paying $99 every time I walked to the door for services. My insurance doesn’t cover all of Every single month. They then Proceeded to tell me that they could go ahead and order the $6600 scans that I needed to begin with that would put me at a whopping $13,000 worth of scans at that point with the $6600 scans that were meaningless to get included and then told me how they understood that the part of my body that hurt me worse was on my right when that’s not even correct. it’s on my left, showing me that after all this time these people have no clue anything about me and have not listened to a word. I said all this time so now they’ve left me in chronic pain that is affecting my job. It’s affecting my sleeping which affects my life which is affecting my marriage and yet they still want me to come there so charge me monthly to prescribe me a glorified ibuprofen that I could go to the store and spend about three dollars and save myself the time the trip and the time off work I have to take every single time. I had to go there a favor find someone who actually cares about you and your health , and will listen to what you need done instead of telling you what they believe because they see their selves as better than you and it doesn’t matter what you say they will be right and you will be wrong. I urge you do your research and find someone who can actually help you in your needs because sadly at first I thought they cared and then I just realized it’s all just a money gimmick and it doesn’t matter how much pain you’re in they will tell you what they feel isn’t necessary and they don’t care. They just wanna push to make sure you join their injection club where they can really start charging you not to mention they recently put a charge for an appointment. I was already paid up on my credit card without any consent to use such card and I’m having to report that because I never once gave any permission or use that card on the day they charged me for or the month even , this is why I will be patient of this place. I feel absolutely let down by these so-called caring people that were supposed to help me manage my quality of life as they say when they’ve left my quality of life quite a bit of trouble as I find it hard to even perform my duties at work , but then again 90% of their patience don’t need to worry about that so they don’t really care in that aspect .

Went with my mother for her back issues. She was going to Evansville for a couple years not related to this one. After a fallout between her and the staff and the care provider. We decided to go here instead (Commonwealth) Now at first I was nervous about it cause it was a new place to get her treated. But fortunately they were kind-hearted and you can tell they cared for you. It's almost unbelievable now days but these guys were absolutely amazing. I'm happy we changed places. (First visit)

It was kind of disappointing because I’ve been in depression and back pain for quite a while. I was told I couldn’t get anything for my pain.
When I got home, I called my Dr. And she was leaving on vacation tomorrow so I’ve got an appointment for the 14th.
I’m waiting for the therapist to call from wherever I was referred to. Doesn’t do anything about my pain, but I guess you know what you’re doing…., At least I hope so!

I appreciate the clinic taking me seriously about my pain. They got my MRI done and have a treatment plan in place. They know my history and what I’ve tried that didn’t work. So grateful to have finally found a place that I feel comfortable.

The doctors that I have seen here listen, a make you feel like your an important patient! Staff is super friendly doesn’t take them long to see you , The commonwealth in Jasper is absolutely amazing!
