Used the Woodland Park branch to open our business account recently, and I can’t say enough great things about this bank! Beautiful lobby, great location, and Kaitie made the entire process fast, easy, and painless. She went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were taken care of.

I went to withdraw from the ATM and it took the money from my account (not with this bank) but gave me no cash. This is the 2nd time this happened, but supposedly it was fixed…
So I went inside to let them know and they said I should get the money back in a few days.
I explained that I need the money now, not whenever they get around to it.

The manager, I think his name is Warren, looks me right in the eyes, shrugs, and says “Okay.” Like he could not possibly care less.

I have never seen a banker show more apathy and disdain in my life. Closing my account immediately.

High overdraft fees of $35 and $5 extra every few days of not paying. The app is not user friendly nor is their website. Things often don't work correctly or load properly on the page. It will only show half of the screen and gets frozen if you’re on your mobile device or computer. I forgot to close my account here and a subscription hit and it caused me an overdraft fee. I called and asked if it was possible to wave this fee and explained that i moved out of state and due to the chaos I thought i closed the bank account. The vice president assistant Claire answerd my call and told me since it was not a bank error they could not do so. That's fair. I told them how i moved to new york and I offered to pay my fees with my debit card over the phone but they wont allow that. She suggested that I try zelle ( which is hooked up to the same bank account that my debit card is that i offered to pay over the phone with). to get the money there faster than doing an external transfer that takes days. I've been trying to zelle the money but on my community banks app I get an error. I emailed her the screen shots of my error messages and told her I always get this error and instead of saying she would look into fixing the app she suggested I try paypal or venmo in which I did. Mind you, I use these apps weekly for different things and I could not get either payment apps to connect to their bank. I emailed Clair again asking "since this is now a bank error if my fees from that date on could be removed and noted in my account". Since I have to do an external transfer now that takes days I am now going to get more fees. Her response ignored my request and said she would tell the woodland park manager to look into it. I ended up doing a bank transfer because at this point I have more bank fees than the amount the subscription was for. I am still waiting for my external account to be confirmed
which takes about 3 business days and then the actual transfer of money takes a few business days. So, I suspect they will try and add on more fees. Moving from state to state more than once and having worked several banks this bank overall was by far the worst to bank with.

So not happy with this branch of business. Closed when they are supposed to be open. Website is inaccurate. I have had nothing but problems with this bank. I get a new card every month because it gets skimmed. My cardgetsshut off more than I can use it etc.

The staff is friendly enough - once they appear. It is obvious the company is unwilling to staff this branch with enough people to timely serve customers. It is very common to be at the drive-thru for ten minutes or more before you even see someone is inside.

Winter is super rude. Has zero customer service skills and should not be working at a bank or any customer service job for that matter.

However, if you need your fees reversed, ask for SABRINA!!! She'll refund up to $500 in banking fees --- NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was super helpful, I mentioned the fees I accrued unbeknownst to me and she literally clicked some buttons on her keyboard and reversed my fees. Sabrina is your girl for getting fees reversed! I couldnt believe she didnt even ask any questions.

A service charge of 8.00 tirned into 50.00 in overdraft. I will never recommend your bank. 10 years at this branch. Closed account. You were willing to lose a customer over 8.00. Bad buisness Vera.
