When I went to the credit union today I needed help with a complicated annuity situation. Rita directed me to Jim who handles these things. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything and he was warm and friendly too. He tamed worries and called the company for more information. And Rita stepped up to notarized the documents and fax them. There was a welcoming feeling that made me feel so comfortable. Had a great and professional experience with Rita Sanchez at the local Ukiah office.
