The Auburn branch has the BEST customer Service from the Tellers to the Managers!! They are always smiling and eagerly to assist. Great Job Lindsey & Abbey for creating such a Awesome environment!!

Customer of 6 years. Until about 6 months ago, I would have only good things to say. After a passive aggressive letter from the bank manager and a sad excuse for on-line banking technology I'm happy to say I will never bank with them ever again. The "here to help" marketing is false, and this bank is completely detached from viewing customers as actual humans.
