Brian Irby did an absolutely fantastic job with our file. I've worked with Brian Irby twice now, once for a mortgage and most recently this past week with a refinance. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. The only surprise was that my loan rate ended up being a quarter percent lower than he had told me to expect. This is because Brian went above and beyond for me, even working over the weekend to find a better rate for me. I don't write reviews as much as I should, but I was eager to write this one and share how great Brian has been over the last two deals. My partner and I were working with Nicolas (Nic) Magallanes, who just recently became the manager here at compass. Everything with him prior to the switch was pleasant and friendly. Then after becoming the manager here, he became rude and short tempered, out of the blue and totally out of character. He called us and berated us for not being quick enough and told us he wouldn’t work with us anymore before hanging up before we could respond. We had been compliant with what he asked and had been waiting for further instructions from him when he treated us so horribly. What a horrible way to represent your company.
We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.
