8/21/2024- I lived in the turn for 2 years. When I tell u I’d never thought in my life I would go through such a bad experience living in an overpriced almost $2k apartment it’s an understatement. This apartments are old and need a lot of work. Especially plumbing work. They mask everything to make it look new. They paint over disgusting stuff. The bath tubs, everything in the bathroom will fall off in less than a month after moving in. They do not maintain the property. They left of almost 4 months without a microwave all summer without AC. Yes, summer in AZ without AZ. For this apartments to work, they will have to rebuild them. And then, when I move out, this ppl calling me and leaving voice msg for me to pay them instead of puttion on my account how much I own huh?

Filing because their HR provided no W2 or basic assistance.

Arizona upper management is horrible. Yelling and insults were common when questions were asked. Public humiliation in front of other staff was common.

HR department was unhelpful and provide no W2 support. This team exists to protect the company and silence things- at the cost of the people that work there.

If I can get assistance with my friends HR complaint, I can revise this review.

This is a warning for anybody getting ready to move into a ConAm property. The apartment are nice and good price but they are HORRIBLY managed. They decided to repave when people are still on quarantine so they towed about 20 cars in one day. The water is constantly being shut off and today it was turned off with no notification. I live at Covington Park but I encourage you to read more of the reviews about ConAm and their properties. ConAm are slumlords and I know a few residents who are getting legal advice just to deal until the end of their lease.

Poor management company, poor customer service, and simply unprofessional.
I lived in Sorrento Apts for about 2-3years. I paid my rent through the online portal on time, I never had complaints about maintenance and my workorders being fulfilled. Overall, I tried my best to stay away from the leasing office and live out my contract. It was not until my lease was up and had to leave the complex, I had the experience from the management group.
On 9/21/2019, I filled out the “NOTICE OF INTENT TO VACATE” form. Which provided the leasing office with a 60day notice since the lease was up on 11/20/2019. After the move I reached out to the leasing office about the deposit check. At first, the leasing office had me in their system giving them notice under 60days, which led to me owing them a balance. I had to provide them with a copy of the form I filled out to resolve the issue.
I received my deposit check but then started getting emails from Conam management telling me that I had a remaining balance due. Apparently, this was the same balance amount that I thought I resolved with the leasing company. Honestly, I paid it no mind. I said to myself, that there was a process and it had to be dealt with between the leasing office and management. I was wrong… Apparently, I should have known that with any business money is the number one priority and standard procedures does not really apply at times.
Eventually, Conam sent my information over to a third-party collection company. Now I am having to deal with the collection company to resolve this situation.
The interactions I have had with both the leasing office and management company have been horrible to say the lease. In the future Ill be sure to do my research when searching for a new apartment and spread the word through friends and family.
The overall review on this platform is more than deserving hopefully this and other complaints get their attention, but unfortunately money do speak louder than words.

DO NOT RENT with ANY ConAm properties!!! Very unprofessional!! I live at Covington Park Apartments and have been dealing with my car getting broken into every other night. I have complained numerous times & they do not care. It's not their problem! You can never get ahold of anyone in the office. Problems go unfixed & they have no compassion for anyone. My catalytic converter got cut out from my car, windows smashed out multiple time, requested new parking spot,& they will not budge! Brenda in office said " Did you lock your car?, Idk what to tell you?" I threatened with legal actions and she said " Hire a lawyer, oh well!" Corporate office is impossible to get ahold of and do nothing.

I have been a resident at the Turn Apartments for ALMOST seven years and I've NEVER experienced the type of un professionalism in my ENTIRE life! I am a single mom on disability and ever since they got this one propert manager she's made my stay here a LIVING HELL! I lost my job cause of covid and I wasn't able to pay my full rent and at first sge worked with me but then the late fees started piling up and i went from owing $1,100 to over $2,000!! This is TERRIBLE! I asked if sge could help me out with the late fees but she refused when she waived another tenants late fee! I was served with a 5 day notice to appear in court to start the eviction process. I've NEVER been SO stressed out and treated SO poorly. I contacted corporate and they STILL haven't gotten back to me! I'm going to have to seek legal action. DON'T EVER STAY AT THE TURN APARTMENTS UNDER AMANDA ORR!!

I placed a hold deposit at a complex called Avery At The Green in Chandler Arizona. I did not get the apartment and have been waiting 2 months for the hold deposit to be returned to me. I’ve spoken with the complex 4 times by phone and numerous emails. I was told they sent the refund to my old address which I told them not to and gave them the new address to send it to. I have no clue what is going on. Poor customer service is what their slogan should be. So glad I didn’t move there. Me being a business owner I would never allow my employees to treat people the way these people have treated me. I called my attorney and he will send demand letters out Friday. With everything going on with the economy now is not the time to play games and keep people’s money. I will never give them a referral. Never.

I have never written a bad review on any person or business, we just chose not to go back. We moved in 6 months ago and can not wait until our lease is up. Altitude sixteen 75 is a nightmare. Completely incompetent management. The hallways smell like animal urine and smoke, the office never returns calls or emails and if they do they cannot answer your question. The management team as an IQ of a rock.
A smart door knob as more intelligence. Horrify experience.
