I couldn’t be more pleased with the services provided by Concept 360 Property Management. I’d give the company more than a 5 star rating if that was possible.

It’s a fantastic family owned business that has been truthful and highly responsive at each stage of the process. The head of the country did the first walk through and he predicted that I could achieve my rent price point with one weekend showing.

We were going to put our possessions in our two car garage and not provide access to the new renters. He suggested that we could use half the garage for a second parking space and they’d build a composite wood enclosure around our items This would make it easier to achieve our price point.

We followed his directions and his prediction was correct. See photo below. We received many strong offers from solid applicants.

Another high point was their outstanding vendor who acted in part as a contractor and as a repair person. He transformed a home with ten years of wear and tear into a fresh and complete home with repaired flooring, newly painted walls and much more. This was done at a very affordable price.

Every member of their team was highly responsive and that alleviated my anxieties. This was the first time I had rented one of my homes.

Finally if you are in their service area, hire them. You won’t be disappointed.

I absolutely love my new HOME! The approval process was fast and easy, and Daniela was amazing—she kept in constant communication and made everything smooth from start to finish. The neighborhood is very quiet, which I really appreciate, and my kids are thrilled with the pool! Having the laundromat right on-site is also a huge convenience—no more trips elsewhere to do laundry. 360 Property Management has truly been great in every way. I highly recommend them!

Stay away from this company: this company is very afraid of the landlord to communicate with the tenants,because they tried to create problems between landlord and tenants,so they can take advantage in between and charging money from both side! This company basically get paid from the landlord but purposely creating problems for the landlord and tenants! And they tried many times to charge me and the tenants illegally, so I fired them and kept the tenants!
This company also charge way more than other property management companies! Stay away from them, and they lie about everything!
1. At the beginning, one of the employees in this company is very rude, said they have 100 properties to manage and they don’t care about mine!
2. The same employee was very rude and didn’t know how to communicate, because of his bad communication,it caused delay for the tenants to move in, which wasted both my money and the tenants’money!
3. They didn’t want to share the inspection documents to me which they did before the tenants move in, or they didn’t even do the inspection at all before the tenant moved in!
4. The whole company is a liar, they received the approval letter from the tenant for the ESA, but never mentioned it to me until I fired them! They purposely try to create problems between tenants and the homeowner, so they can take advantage in between!
5. After they received the approval letter from the tenant for the ESA, they still charged the unapproved pet admin fee and kept it in their pocket without telling me anything as a homeowner!
6. The whole company is a liar,they lie about everything, try to steal money from both homeowners and the tenants!
7. I will take them to court!

See the response from the owner: This is exa how they lie, he is slandering me about the race! You have no shame? Don’t worry I have all the evidences/emails/texts in hand which I can send you to jail for slandering and harm my businesses!
I was not happy from the beginning base how rude of the people in your company (now I know why,the owner is such a liar and rude), and how bad they did the work for me(bad communication which caused delay of the moving in for the tenants), and then keep charged me money for the cleaning but then did nothing! your company asked me for forgiveness! Then continued charging fees from me illegally and charged the tenantsā€˜unapproved pet admin fee illegally! Thanks for giving another evidence as how you lie and how you are lack of shame!

Tenant review. Good luck getting maintenance. During all 3 months of summer our AC was not fixed or worked on. Took 3 visits to get it done and in the mean time my wife had to stay in an apartment that was 92-95 degrees. Laughed at for compensation when I had to buy my own portable AC. Put in multiple work orders for blinds and screen door that were broken when we moved in. There were blinds sitting on the floor day of move in. Told us it’s not their job then Charged me 900 in deposit for blinds, screen door, and deep clean. Owner called me and apologized for ac and was calling to yell at management cuz she was able to see that it was taking forever. I will try to go and fix these issues at the office but I’m sure they will act like it’s something that can’t be changed. So here’s everything that’s wrong. Multiple times of contact that go weeks without answer. Water damage from leaks all around the complex. Had to have every pipe worked on to either have temperature correct shower or stop leak. Unfinished construction of complex. Film folded and hanging off 20ft high window since day one. Had tools and dry wall left over in my room and garage. Garage was not finished as well with ladders tile cutter left behind for me to clean. Storage slot in garage, wouldn’t know if it was ment for storage cuz there’s a whole extra garage door set up in my space. Every garage is unlocked, they have locks on them but they don’t give you keys so you have to cut them off and see what they charge you in deposit. But remember cheap hanging white plastic blinds that were already broken on arrival and the 30 years old screen door cost me $900. 3 months of summer no ac for pregnant wife, tenants, and pets I get nothing. They have nice properties but joke of a management team.

Edit replying: I’m not making sense So then why was the ac fixed after multiple calls through your maintenance. It took a whole summer but it happened. Maybe the lease did or didn’t but we were told the ac works. On top of that the property owner called me and apologized on behalf of you guys because she got all the updates of our orders and nothing was being taken care of. Theres no garage? I wonder where I parked my car the whole time during my stay. Oh wait, I’ll tell you, there’s three garages lol. The blinds are the same cheap white plastic ones you find on any rental property. Half aren’t even secured to the rail. The other half, the guard isn’t even attached. Why did we move into the property? We FaceTimed at the beginning of lease and showed all these things so we’re not held responsible. Not to mention you guys told us it was old and hasn’t had anything worked on. We showed you leaks from roof and plumbing. No temperature control in bathroom. Walked the whole property. The List goes on and on. Your people and work ethics are very poor. This reply did nothing to move the situation forward or to an agreement. It was a review and you just gave me more room to complain. I’ll be contacting the owner and relaying the same info to her.

I’m not sure why anyone would list property available if you’re not gonna maintain the property YOURE in charge of.

Ps. The previous tenant is a saint to leave a full ac unit on the roof for us

This property management place will allow you to apply to rentals you have zero chance of qualifying for, they will even go as far as showing you the place and charge you their $52 credit check fee, that is non refundable, obviously they advise you that it’s non refundable because they know they will keep your money. I applied to the first unit and was told I can get my credit check fee refunded since they allowed me to apply to a unit that does not accept pets. I then was going to just get my money back but Dani suggested I use my application for another unit and that I would be able to use the same application for a different unit if this unit also didn’t find me eligible. I was contacted by Dani stating they were not able to submit my application to the second unit because I hadn’t sent all the required paperwork, she then told me they were not proceeding with the submission of our application at that point I asked to be refunded which Dani was not able to see how much she had contradicted herself, they are now refusing to refund my money for an application that was never processed. Beware of money hungry places that lack professionalism and can’t admit when they’re wrong. Is $104 worth your word, Dani and the rest of the management
