I'm not shocked that a collection agency has such a poor rating, and it doesn't surprise me after reading the reviews. These guys didn't accumulate your debt. You did. Do you think they like repeatedly contacting you to be berated, hung up on or shouted at because someone else couldn't manage their spending or finances? It was a hospital bill and legal fees for me. Every Friday for the last few YEARS, Lisa would phone me. She was warm and friendly, and she always wished me a pleasant weekend. I can understand why you would want to despise this corporation, yet it wouldn't exist if you were a responsible adult. That might be a difficult pill to swallow at times. Forego some luxuries, pay your bills and I promise you won't ever have to deal with a collection agency. Easy peezy.

I'm extremely frustrated with the way this agency handles business. When looking at their website they claim to be professionals; however, their site only solicits new clients and is in no way helpful to those searching for a convenient way to pay their debt. I'm that person. I just don't understand this. A collection agency should provide online services that would include accepting payments electronically. We live in a time where everything is done online yet this agency doesn't accept online payments? Their website also says you can make payments at their office and that's simply not true. I was searching for another way to pay this debt only after I drove to their office to find that the office is closed to the public Excuse me?

I had paid off a debt for 9 years without missing a payment. After falling on hard times and missing 3 payment my case was sent to court with no notice to me whatsoever and a judgement was made and garnishment in process with my employer. This is predatory collecting without any representation of actual debts. When I asked for a updated balance and who is owed what I was told they do not have to tell me Stay away if at all possible you wont regret it. Get a loan and pay them off if you end up in their system you will pay 3x what you actually owe due to fees and interest.

So I have a family member that the Connersville Credit Bureau is taking over half his check, the lady that works there's so rude and disrespectful, I heard her speak through speaker phone, Amy Jones shouldn't work at a place that deals with people!! Very very rude
