I recently had the misfortune of dealing with CHI, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn potential customers.

From the outset, customer service has been abysmal. Calls are met with long wait times, and when you finally get through, the representatives often seem unhelpful or inadequately trained. My inquiries were met with generic responses that didn't address my specific concerns, making each interaction frustrating and unproductive.

We were longstanding clients of the Good Neighbor Insurance Company for 35 years until an unexpected termination of our policy following two minor home claims.
