Wanted to add my review back because it was deleted somehow. Back in 2020 when we used Coosa Valley as our mortgage providers. We worked with Ashley and she screwed my husband and myself over. This is an honest review and I am a honest person. Ashley told us one thing and did the complete opposite of what we were told. She was more concerned about if we had worked with Quicken loans and threaten us by saying if we did that she would shoot our interest rate up. We were quoted with one rate and ended up with a much higher interest rate than we were quoted. We’re not sure what her issue with us was. Maybe she didn’t want us to get the home. I’m not sure but our credit was good we had the money for our down payment and everything. We truly believe that she stuck us with a higher rate in the hopes of us not being able to afford our home. But Haha she was wrong! We still got our home and we are strong believer of what’s for us is for us. Ashley is crooked and can NOT be trusted. God have mercy on her soul as she is not a trustworthy individual. She really tries to make the process harder than what it really is. May God bless you all and I hope everyone know that this is an honest review as God is our witness. Please be cautious when working with Ashley
