Never have I experienced such terrible communication with these so-called professionals. They moved us into a house that we liked without closing and made sure we had no choice but to give them the money they wanted. They initially told us no down payment was required, but then kept asking for bank statements almost every week to ensure we weren't hiding any money. I will never buy a home from this lady, Nikki Sandoval, and Caleb Jacobo. You guys know what you did to us. And why didn’t you send me this survey to my email? You know my email address. People need to know about what you are doing. I'll make sure people know what happened, and don’t try to say I don’t understand the process. You two know what kind of tricks you're pulling just to make a sale. Never trust these two to buy a home or even an investment property. My wife trusted you two, and you took advantage of that trust.

Another poster said they were the minority in their experience but I am coming along side them to say we too had the same experience with Nikki. I had used her in the past to purchase a home and she was great. Now we are building and since everything is so expensive we wanted to shop around a bit to get the best deal So we were talking to another institution and also to Nikki (they both knew that) and she had told us to send us some information from the other institution and she would compare to see if she could get us a better deal. So we did that and have emailed her for updates and she will not respond. I feel she is very unprofessional in her lack of communication. If you don’t want to work with people or feel that you can’t help them then just tell them. But the “ghosting” part is terrible

Nikki was so great to work with! She worked quickly and efficiently to get our home closing completed in a short amount of time. She was easy to keep in contact with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner.

Nikki Sandoval-Belt was a true professional throughout the lending process and once again came through promptly when another lender couldn't. Being self employed and the various issues that go on with that makes lending completely cumbersome for me. She was diligent and patient in working with me, and my CPA, with our new home purchase in Colorado. The details that had to be worked through would have never been completed by another lending company because of the complexities. This was my fourth or fifth time working with Nikki in the last few years and she is at the top of her profession. Thank you Nikki!!!

They did a great job. They tolerated my irritability on not understanding FHA loans and what the MFA needed and wanted. During my process I was told by several of my friends that the FHA process is very typical. This is to NOT critique Nikki and her team. However the government should NOT make it this damn hard to buy a house.

Floyd was very professional and helpful. I was a new home buyer, Floyd walked me though everything. I felt very informed and prepared throughout the entire process. We also had scheduling and external issues which delayed our signing date. Floyd was very transparent and prompt with any problems that arose. His staff was very helpful and friendly. I recommend him to all of my friends and family.
