The pictures and amenities are FAR OFF from what was listed!!! I wish I was one to complain and check out and leave this hotel. Being a SMOKE FREE hotel you shouldn’t have it reek of smoke. Room had a horrible smell and finally after two days found out it was the garbage can, instead of cleaning it they just put two bags in it to cover it. A bug was found and rooms definitely are not clean/dusted up kept. Disappointment was an understatement. Staff was miserable beside the lady who checked us in. No spa/sauna, hot tub is broke and indoor pool is freezing. Was not told hotel is under construction and just messy. Carpets throughout were nasty, stained and needed a good vacuum. Location was the only thing good.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The whole place smelt like a cigarette. It must have been 85 degrees in the lobby. Then, we get to our room, and the furniture is cracked, the wood on doorway all scratched up, which we were told it was a newly renovated room. There was hair all over our beds and tubs. I swear they had not changed the sheets. Dust everywhere. Just pure nasty. We requested a refund and they said since we were there longer than 20 min we could not get one. It took us longer than 20 min to unload our car and take everything to the room. Then she said since we booked thru a 3rd party we would have to contact them. They were fine with giving us a refund but the lady at the front desk would not provide the paperwork we needed. I let them keep their money and left. No way I would have laid my head on that pillow

We have stayed many times. We love ❤️ the staff. They always do their best to accommodate us with any specifications that we may have. Also, the location is very satisfactory to us. They have been going through a renovation and that is totally understandable. We plan to continue staying there each time we come to this particular area.

Overall not a terrible stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room however was not cleaned, (staff came right away to make beds after and clean room)the air conditioner after firing it up was letting out a burning smell. Expect a cold pool and hottub. Breakfast is good and as stated before, caring and helpful staff

Currently undergoing a renovation. That said the staff are definitely trying their best. The construction noise didnt start til about 8:30 am so I appreciated that. The pool availability was appreciated after a long days travel. Everyone there seemed nice. My room was immaculate and I think had recently undergone renovation already so I really have no complaints. Breakfast was continental and exactly what I was looking for.

A good value for the money. After leaving another hotel nearby, I came to this place. The reception was pleasant, everything clean and unlike the previous hotel, the air was clean or at least fresher. The room came with coffee, soaps, blow dryer etc and a decent breakfast starting at 6:00.

The Hotel is ok for being next to 95 and offers a lot of shopping and fast food restaurants around it. Staff was friendly but sometimes nobody is at the desk for a long period of time. Room Floor needs cleaning bad .breakfast is standard but everything seemed clean. The Pool is absolutely disgusting there is just no other way to say this. Needs a deep clean inside and around the pool very bad. If you are looking for a short stop during a long travel on 95 I guess it’s ok . Otherwise I would not stay here again

Customer service is horrible. Attendant was very rude and sarcastic. Katetyann needs to take a refresher course in Customer Service. If that is her real name she didnt have on a name tag. She didn't want to leave her cigarette to assist me. The front doors have what appears to be coffee or something brown on them. The floors are dirty and it smells. Will not return to this location.
