I was with Cover Insurance for many years and did recommend them but I personally wouldn’t anymore. One of their employees told me that they would put a pause on my automatic billing because I was in the process of finding a new insurance broker in the state that we moved to. It wasn’t the case and I still got charged from my insurance company that they found a rate for me. I’m out of $160 when I’m unemployed because I was lied about Cover being able to put a pause on my payment while finding a new insurance broker.

The best customer service you could ask for. I've been working with Kelli for both home and auto insurance policies for several years. She is flawless at what she does and always puts customers first. We've had multiple cases where time-sensitive issues came up, and she made it stress-free to work through. EDIT:
I talked with Kelly on the phone because she saw this review and wanted to fix things and I've changed my rating. I had one star.
From talking with her, my understanding now is that Cover is only a 3rd party, that helps handle payments and all that to the insurance. Our insurance was through National General, who it seems are the ones we are having trouble with. There were some miscommunications with Cover, yes. Which happen.
But Kelly was willing to talk to me on her day off and check up on the issue and make sure everything was resolved.
My issue lies with National General. They have been slow to refund and weren't a great company to have insurance from. We've spent quite a while trying to resolve the issue. Cover has done what they can on their part but it has been tricky seeing as the communication has had to bounce between 3 people.
Kelly is amazing and Cover has been working hard to help us out despite the miscommunications and having to pass along information from insurance to us.

I've been using help from this Agency for a few years now. Everything, from car to earthquake insurances.

I can't think of anyone who's been more eager to customize the insurance to match my needs, and so happy to explain all the large and fine print when I ask. For an immigrant, not everything in USA is straight forward, not all terms make sense, not all questions come naturally.

I can count on Shannah and her Team's support almost any time. They may be open till 5PM, but Shannah frequently responds promptly to my emails regardless of day and time.

My only regret here is that I've never met the team in person; they are all doing amazing job. Would - and do - without hesitation recommend to a friend.
