I have been in my house for almost 9 years. Crandall Enterprises took over in 2015 when the old landlord sold the house. They have been awesome! Anytime anything has needed fixed it’s been fixed within 24 hrs. Our hot water heater went out and they had a brand new one put in by the end of the day. When our AC went out and wasn’t repairable they had a new one put in by the next day. They’ve also replaced my garbage disposal when it went out. Anytime something needs done I send Dave a text and then put in a work order in. He’s always been quick to respond to my messages. He also has a family and young kids so I don’t expect him to be on his phone 24/7 but he does get back to me in a reasonable time. 🙂 If I’ve ever needed an extra day or so for rent he’s always been understanding. He understands things happen. Highly recommend renting from this company! I know it’s hard to find places to rent that allow pets so if you have pets and need a place to rent that allows them contact Crandall Enterprises!! 😁 🥰
