BEWARE! DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Had to move out abruptly 9 years ago because of a neighbor who was making threats and never recieved any paperwork of oweing anything. Now supposedly the 2600 that was left on the lease has turned into over 4200 dollars. This is ridiculous because after finally recieving paperwork and agreeing to pay monthly will still be accruing interest. "Big" companies love seeing people fail!
