My checking account was compromised by an online hacker and the account was shut down ( i received a phone call from the fraud department regarding how and when the breach occurred)
The following morning, I visited the North Decatur branch to open another checking account.
Keesh took care of all the necessary steps to set up the new account and ordered new checks.
I was very upset regarding this matter, but Keesh removed all of my stress and explained precisely what I needed to do.
Most importantly, she made me fee like a valued customer, not a number. (I've been a member of Emory Alliance Credit Union, now Credit Union 1 since 1981)
I gave her a big huge before I left.
Every person I've encountered at this branch & the person who called to report the fraud had excellent customer service skills.
