Willetta and Sarai were very helpful when I came in to open my account. I was greeted and offered coffee which was very nice and made me feel comfortable. They also called me to check and see how I was doing and if I needed help, truly an amazing experience!

Great people to work with. The branch manager and Sarai Hannah worked with my wife and I to re-activate our account after dealing with scammers pretending to be Microsoft technicians. They were very helpful and understanding and in short order had our account back up and running smoothly. They covered every base for us and had a ready answer for all our questions. It was a very pleasant and comforting experience working with Credit Union 1 Notre Dame branch.

My experience at CU1 has been amazing! I opened my account with Sarai, she was extremely nice and explained stuff if I didn't understand it. Kari and Chloe at the front desk helped me with my deposit after I ran into some issues with account verification with my previous bank, they were super welcoming. And Scott the branch manager amiable and talked to me when I was opening my account and we got to know me. Overall the people here are amazing, and the branch is brand-new and extremely nice!

So my debit card would not work, I was told I went over how many times I used my debit card in a day, hopefully they change this rule, it was a awful bad surprise and very embarrassing glad I had cash on me as a back up,
