Very helpful agent. We have been with Allstate and this agent for 7 years. I had a vehicle stolen in Elkhart from my place of employment and Chris was very fair in advocating for the recovery and settlement. I have looked cheaper companies, but would not be happy with saving a few dollars and losing the local service.

During a new vehicle purchase, I shopped around for insurance. I spoke with several companies, and it was a stressful process. A friend referred me to Cris Brock at Allstate and within 5 minutes of speaking with her, she took the weight off my shoulders. I purchased a great policy for less than what most companies were charging for the state minimum insurance. I highly recommend Allstate and Cris Brock!

Allstate is pretty easy to sign up, and the prices are not to crazy.
My issues come with the Safe Driving App.
At first it was just that the app would occasional log a hard break when I hadn't stopped at all, or even slowed. Annoying, but again, not horrible.

I mostly stopped paying Attention to the pp until I got a notification telling me I hadn't logged a trip in weeks. I was weird because my GPS is always on when I leave the house. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app and then it told me I had no trips logged at all.

I gave up and went about my business, figuring it was running now, so I'd just let it go. Awhile later I go into my app because I had gone on a trip with a coworker was turning out to be a horrible driver and I wanted to specify I wasn't the one driving. At that point I see I have had an incident logged. Several in fact.

Turned out I was getting dinged even though I was using my Bluetooth.
I cant even ask google to turn on directions while at a stoplight without getting dinged.

This is not what I signed up for.

Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism of this office. I cancelled my small business insurance in April (it's the middle of July now). They continue to bill me(auto debit my account. I have called multiple times, given the run around. NO Return calls or emails. I would never recommend doing business with this agency.

Very nice place casino floor was great the restaurants were amazing. The Nightlife was very diverse any genre of music they had a facility for it
