You can have POA on an account and hand cash over from another bank to deposit into your loved one’s account in need. They somehow hold the money for days preventing access to the funds. Then I learn when my loved one’s needing to pull cash out they can’t give her enough cash because they don’t have it or a shortage or whatever. This bank sucks. They act clueless when you show them power of Attourney documents. They don’t communicate well. The app they offer is lacking according to my loved one. So shameful, you are supposed to be a banking institution.

New faces and no personality or customer service. Went thru drive thru on Saturday. It's sad I Definitely will be making the trip to Portland to do all my banking from know on. Along with checking out other options for banking.
