So I received a notice today from a collection agency regarding this company. I am literally stuck on stupid. It turns out I have a judgement for an account that I am unaware of. The fact that this judgement was entered without my knowledge or even appearing at a hearing baffles me. How? Who does that? Now I have to do some groundwork, figure out what the judgement was for and see if I can disputed and have the judgement overturn. From reading the reviews it seem this company is a scam and are not trustworthy. It makes me wonder how a company like this still remains operational with such poor rating and complaints. I can say for sure they are not getting a penny from me for a judgement that I was not aware of and don't have much to go by. The crazy thins is when the Collection Agency told the name of Credit Card and the company, I was like are you kidding. I still have that Credit Card and making payments on it monthly. I was like are you sure. The poor guy was just as confuse as I was. SMH! Watch out for the company.

We never heard of this company. Said they were owed over 8,000.00. We did not call them, we went to our Court House. Filled out the form that we did not know about this judgment against us. We sent a copy to their attorney, we kept a copy and the courts filed a copy. The one we sent came back undeliverable. A zoom meeting was set up two weeks ago. They did not show up on zoom, did not respond to an email or phone call. The courts set up another zoom meeting for two weeks later. They did not show again to the meeting did not answer their phone when the courts call or answer their email. All while we were waiting on zoom. Now it’s up to the judge to decide if it will be dropped. It’s stressful. Will write another review once we hear from the Judge and the courts. As my mother used to say, something in the milk ain’t clean about this company

This company stole my husband’s social security number. We never ever used this company nor heard of them yet they put a 15k charge off on his name. We didn’t know until we contacted IRS why we owed so much. Unfortunately these people used his information. You all are scammers and are gonna get sued.

Tries taking people to court not knowing they legally have to provide all information with in 5 days. That includes, debt owed, who the creditors is, how they added it up, than get their cases thrown out. Shyt company really.

Sueing me for 1k which fell off my report 7 years ago. Lol they wasted even more money. These guys are losers
