Please, if you have the choice. Do not choose to live in any of their apartment buildings or engage in business with them. You will find nothing but low maintained units and complexes with overpriced rent and utilities while also dealing with an average yearly increase of around 7-9% on your rent. Over priced, under maintained and poor quality overall. Feel free to reach out for more provided details. Was a resident for over 15 years so I’ve seen how poorly they treat tenants and the building itself. Please avoid crystal property management. Mold, stained carpets and walls, broken showers with stained tubs, fire alarm systems that don’t work, sub par washing machines, roach infested, dust and webbing throughout the building and the list goes on. Please stay away from these thieves.

If you’re looking for places you can live with tons of roaches and crickets, this is the right management company you can go to! Property manager is very good, nice, and responsive, but not this management company. I’ve been asking to do something for the crickets for a couple days, but thankfully, they keep ignoring message and do nothing.

Be aware! They not reliable hopefully you see this before apply. Forget your application fee first. They are fraudulent and don’t give you receipt. They break easily their promises and play games with you. Their apt are very busy and no one takes care of yours requirements.

Second the reviews about fraudulent application fee. Looks like it’s a money grab and they don’t bother to even start reviewing your application. Someone named Mayra at the Frampton apartments was nice during the tour but why complain you can’t fill the unit and just go mia on a solid candidate? Stay away

I moved into 914 N. Eucalyptus apartment #119 Inglewood Ca, 90302 in November of 2018. I was informed that the previous tenant had lived in the unit for many years but recently was deceased. Due to this untimely demise, the apartment unit had not been renovated. I was asked If I was comfortable occupying the unit immediately and allowing the renovations to occur while I was in the unit. Due to circumstances and a short timeframe, I had no other choice but to agree to the renovations occurring after I moved in. I was told that the carpet, vinyl, bathroom tiles, painting, and glazing the bathroom tub amongst other repairs would be made. Due to constant changes with on-sight management, the promised repairs did not occur. During the one year I was a resident at that property there were four different managers, the last direct management I interacted with was a woman that collected rent in the courtyard area of the complex. The original manager that did my walk-through moved out of the complex leaving me with no clear point of contact to go to for repairs to be completed. Due to this reason, I submitted a 30day notice, I moved out of the unit in November 2019. I submitted the 30day notice to the same woman who collected the rent because there was no on-sight management or return communication from any staff. The apartment was left clean with no remaining items, I was instructed to leave the keys in the mailbox along with a forwarding address. Even though I requested to have someone do a walk-through with me and sign off on the unit, no staff returned any communication. At no time did I receive any contact about the apartment from management. Years later I found this charge on my credit for the apartment repairs as I was applying to purchase a home. I was never provided any breakdown of charges or notice of a charge. Furthermore, the unit was never brought to a standard agreed upon, and any repairs or clean-up that was made should not be charged to me. I did not receive my deposit or any information and it is my belief that the charges are in error or even fraudulent.

Worst experience of my life! Do not rent or deal with these people. My apartment at Cherry apartments was a disaster. We had cockroaches and aggressive rats that they didn't fix. The sinks and shower were flooding the entire time I live there. On top of it, the place was never cleaned before I moved in. The locks were broken and none of this stuff was ever fixed. I had stuff stolen out of my garage because of the locks. Then they never did a walk through except after the contractor handy man tore the whole place up. In the end they never gave me back my security deposit after promising they would the same day I moved out. The only thing they ever said was its a business. This does not even begin to tell the whole story. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with them.

By far THE WORST property management company I have had the displeasure of residing under. They are not responsive to maintenance requests. And apparently do not pay the bills, as our trash service has not been picked up in 4 days & it is supposed to be 2 times a week! I’m just wondering if we’re paying rent, why aren’t the services being paid for, it is included in our rent!? The response I received from Michelle on my second day of calling was “I have to check with accounts payable, but they are out. I can’t do it right now, I don’t know what to tell you”. Just WOW, how professional. I wonder if the department of public health can help me out?! These are unsanitary living conditions. I can’t even open my front door to let fresh air in, as the trash unit is right outside my door and with it being full and lids not closing it is unbearable .

Not surprised there are so many one star reviews... This company recently took over management of my building in downtown long Beach. The entire building lost hot water Saturday night. I contacted them Sunday morning and was told someone would be out first thing Monday. It's now Tuesday night almost 9 pm and STILL NO HOT WATER. If you're counting thats 4 nights now without hot water. I've called their office at least 5 times and nobody had any information as to what is happening. I was told the maintenance person is in a meeting. I was also told someone was here today to fix the issue which is simply not true. I requested a call back for an update on the actual status today and not surprisingly NO CALL BACK! I'll be contacting the owner tomorrow.

UPDATE: To clarify the entire building did not have hot water it wasn't just my unit. We didn't get hot water until Thursday morning.

2nd UPDATE: Crystal Property Management is now trying to charge me for utilities I did not agree to pay per my lease agreement. I received no notice, did not agree to pay any additional utilities and received a bill in the mail from Synergy Utility Billing.

I've filed a complaint with the BBB

If I could give them Zero Stars I would.
