This is the worst place trying to get a loan. These people calling them self loan officers are a joke. How can you tell somebody that they can't get a loan if credit is over 680 and there is a 20% down payment and making over 100k a year. Oh I know how if they are 25 years old and ask simple loan questions. I was trying to get a loan and the lady was the one that's sits on the left in the first office when you walk in. She was very very very rude and calling her back and trying to see how far was the process was impossible she would never answer her phone.. So what i did was i went to Lake Mortgage and got the loan bought my first house and I'm very happy the way I was treated.. I will never go back to CU Mortgage and any body I know I will tell not to go there ever .

I applied for a mortgage loan with a 729 median score. The loan officer said she would give me a call be back with my results but I never received a return call or was able to reach any of the other loan officers. I don't understand how they stay in business if there never available. Just a thought. I plan to move forward with another lender.

Horrible experience!!!!! Had a very difficult time just getting my credit pulled! It's been over a week since we have talked to anyone. I have left messages and know one has responded. My husband and I have missed out on making an offer on a home due to them not responding! Very unprofessional company! Run don't walk.....RUN!!!!!

The worst experience trying to get a loan. They really don't do their homework and make all kinds of mistakes. This is a mortgage company that doesn't know their job. I would like to give them zero star's but I don't have that option. So if you choose them for a mortgage good luck.

This closing process is taking forever. They keep making mistakes on stupid stuff
