CVS should update their website with the correct hours that they are open. Checked and it said they open at 8AM but when I got there the sign said they open at 9AM. Very frustrating when you have someone sick at home and have to wait an hour!

I always have a good experience while shopping at CVS. They go out of their way to be helpful and courteous.

CVS has a new policy. You're not allowed to speak to a pharmacist without leaving a message. I REFUSE to wait 7-10 business days for someone to call me back!! This is unethical! I am transferring all of my prescriptions and my family's prescriptions out of this sorry excuse of a pharmacy.

News flash: replacing humans with computers is bad for business everywhere ! I will never go to a pharmacy that refuses to allow the pharmacist to speak with patients in a timely manner.

CVS needs to shut its doors. Or maybe when you start realizing that if don't want to work with the public, don't work in the medical field!!

BOYCOTT ALL CVS UNTIL THEY LEARN HOW TO WORK WITH HUMANS. HUMANS ARE NOT COMPUTERS. STOP TREATING HUMANS LIKE WE DON'T MATTER.

This is my now go-to pharmacy! I went in today not realizing it was their lunch time. The pharmacy tech was kind, patient and even ended up checking my insurance to see what I had to pay, turns out it was $0.00!! I don’t know the name of the tech, but he was awesome!!

I am a Flagstaff resident and don't often go to this store because it sometimes feels like it's been left behind by the corporate office (feels a little run-down, even the signage on the store facade), but today I was there because my sister is visiting from out of town and needed to pick up a prescription refill so I popped in with her and bought a gift card. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. The young lady at the front counter offered a friendly "can I help you with anything?" while I looked around, and had a very pleasant demeanor while checking me out.
My sister also reported a positive interaction with the pharmacy staff.
The big shout-out goes to Brian, the manager on duty. I dropped the gift card somewhere within an hour of leaving the store and he went above and beyond in helping me over the phone with details to try to get it cancelled before someone could pick it up and use it, including texting me a copy of the receipt since that was with the card.
It definitely changed my opinion of this store and I would definitely shop there again based on my experience today.

I was just at the Route 66 CVS location to get a very small package that was rerouted by UPS. The shift supervisor Lori was extremely diligent, determined and patient as she worked long and hard digging all around for it, although it may arrive tomorrow, it wasn't in today's delivery/dropoff, but her good natured self turned a disappointment into as good of a day as possible. She even called the "hands-on" store manager Brian to the front who was also very helpful, kind and also did his detective work trying to locate my package. It's nice to meet a manager who doesn't just sit behind a desk out back directing employees by telephone, he came to the front to support his shift manager and to explain the possibilities to me. Customer service is not easy, people can be hard to please, but, when employees go the extra mile like these two did, how can i be anything less than appreciative and grateful that Lori and Brian are five star customer service people going above and beyond just by showing up to work with all to often ungrateful/impatient customers.
I try to remember that the whole world is understaffed, so, I'm grateful to the ones who do show up.
I appreciate you both. Bravo.

The team member was super polite and friendly. My discounts were awesome. It gives me incentive to go across town to shop there.
