My family’s experience with AMFAM has been quite the mixed bag with SO many moments of frustration and disappointment. However, one of the brightest lights this year has been Louisa Porter (D. Tyler Agency, LLC).

Louisa stepped in to support and champion for my mother when my mom was unable to find insight and headway from any other AMFAM avenue. Louisa was relentless regarding fighting for resolution for my mom’s outstanding issues and challenges with flood repair for our home. She is such an amazing asset to the AMFAM company and they would be served well by hiring more people like her to better represent their company values.

There are SO many areas for growth and improvement for AMFAM but employees like Louisa are examples of what they get right.

I love this agency. I have been with Dioramita Tyler‘s agency for years now and her staff is so professional and so kind. The agent that normally works with me is Brenda Stephens and I can always count on her to assist whenever there is a problem. She and Louisa are amazing! I can count on them to explain any concerns I have and as far as being able to get a response in an expeditious manner, they are right on!
