Damon helped with my refinance with money out. Not only did he get me a fantastic rate he handled a rather strange situation with speed and a lot of advice.
My ex-wife and I still own the house together, but the refi is just in my name. I didn't even know this could be done before talking with Damon.

Damon and his entire team were amazing through our first home purchase. They got everything done in a really short time frame, and we were actually able to close on our house in under 21 days. 3 weeks start to finish is amazing in it self, but they actually accomplished this with 2 holidays in the middle. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking assistance with financing of a home!
