Overall good experience. Gave 4 stars because they don't really say how they secure your information or have a good way to do send info to them in a secure e-mail. Also one of the processors just kept peppering me with e-mails instead of calling and explaining what was needed or providing some sort of checklist.
They also do not have a reliable way to send documents with critical info in a secure e-mail. They had a secure file link but when it quit working they just sort of threw up their hands so I had to jump through hoops to print all the info out and meet them somewhere. It was found that there was info missing so the next day the processor was contacting my bank without my knowledge and then sent statements to them in a clear text attachment. Again this could have been avoided with a working secure method to send files and if they would have provided clear instructions/checklist on what all they needed as well as the requirements.
Other than those things I am happy with the rate they got me and the money they saved me. Dan is very responsive at pretty much any hour and always responds with clear and easy to understand answers to questions.
