Darrel and Vivian are great! Super fast and get everything done very very nicely! We absolutely will recommend Darrel to everyone we encounter that is needing a mortgage. Darrel got us all approved and the deal done complete finished funded and escrow closed before the guy at Zillow even followed up with us after we got pre-approved there. The other 2 mortgage places (Benji and Zillow) are asleep compared to Darrel... Seriously!!!

Darrel is a great guy to work. His calm, friendly demeanor and excellent communication really put me at ease. He always responds super quickly to my phone calls, texts and emails. He answers all my questions thoroughly and always makes me feel listened to and taken care of. His staff is very helpful as well, but I know I can always reach Darrel personally if needed. I really like Movement Mortgage's process. The whole team was on top of every detail to make things go smoothly and get my loan ready; of course I had to cooperate quickly too! In fact, the team had my loan ready almost two weeks before we were able to close because they ran things so efficiently. We actually had to wait on the buyer of my property and the seller of the home I was buying to get their ducks lined up before we could close! It was awesome that Darrel and his team were able to execute everything so quickly, which put me in a great position as a buyer. I felt confident and comfortable throughout the process of getting my loan, and I am extremely happy with Darrel and Movement Mortgage. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new mortgage!

DO NOT GO WITH THIS MAN FOR A LENDER. This man claims to have 30 years as a loan officer and was completely incompetent in handling my case. As a first time home buyer my experience with this man was awful and he can sell you a dream. This man did not get the proper documentation to support my case, numbers were very inaccurate and he submitted my case to an underwriter knowing it would get rejected. I had to reach out to another loan officer who found many of his mistake, which he could have fixed but he refused. This loan officer decided to avoid me completely when he was emailed solid proof to fix his mistake. I decided to look further into this individual and his credits are either expired or no where to be found. This man cost me my money, time and caused a lot of stress for my family. I would never want anyone to go through what i did. AVOID DARREL MILLER at all cost! Ultimately we were able to purchase the property with a thorough loan officer, for all your needs please use Rosa Dinh!
