I would Highly recommend Dave Barrick to help sell your house. My brother passed unexpectedly this year and our family had to take care of his estate which consisted of his home in Hammond Indiana. Being in another state and not knowing how Indiana Realty and laws work, we asked the estate attorney to give us some names or companies to help sell the house. Our Attorney suggested Dave. So, we called and discussed our situation with him. He called, texted and emailed us frequently and kept us updated and on track to get the property on the market in a timely manner. He went and assessed the property and made some suggestions on where to improve the house. We did what he suggested, and the home looked so much better. He made a video and flier of the property with lots of pictures so buyers knew the property inside and out. We received an offer the first hour it went on the market and had 3 full price offers 48 hours later. Without Dave, I don’t think the property would have sold that fast and we probably wouldn’t have received full price offers. We appreciated all Dave’s help in such a difficult situation. Working with David Barrick was great! After our first meeting, we felt extremely confident in David's ability to guide us through the whole process of selling our home. His decades of experience steered us clear of all the potential pitfalls and potholes and right off the bat he studied the comps and got us priced just right. At the time we didn't know it was just right, we thought "Well, that is optimistic", but sure enough, it was sold in a week for what we were asking! Throughout the process, David had a very calming affect on my wife and I. We would often stress out about something or what we thought we needed to be doing, but we would just call David and right away he got our blood pressures back down and our focus redirected to what really was important.
