If you want to deal with Black Mailers then do buisness with Armando with this firm. We have been trying to buy a lot in Quartzite and worked with Monica with White Rock reaity and Armando with David Plunkett Reaity.
I bank wired the seller his full payment with both of them seated in Amy's office with Horizon bank. They then would not give me any paper work on the property till I paid them the money that was owed to them from the seller. Monica told me if I didn't pay this money she would go out of town for 2 weeks with the paper work and Armando stated the same.
I paid them the sellers fees and they gave me the paper work for the property. The bad thing of it is, the property is still in the sellers name I have to now go get signtures and such and go to the record of deeds in Parker and record this myself. Thay got my money and I still have no lot.

I call this Black Mail and it should be illegal for reaity's to do buisness this way.
