There are many realtors out there that only look out for the bottom dollar, but David really aims to please and it’s not about the money. Why I think so highly of David as a Realtor:

Knows the market well -- Knows all the different areas and neighborhoods, what's "up and coming" and what's declining; he really helped us figure out the right neighborhood for us, and the value of our property has gone up quite a bit as the area has improved, just like he predicted.

Knowledgable -- Knows how to assess the quality of building materials and construction. He was also able to give us realistic estimates on upgrade and renovation costs for things we were considering for the different houses we looked at.

Great taste -- He got our aesthetic and vibe instantly, and was great at finding beautiful houses for us to look at.

Knows the process well -- He was a great guide through the whole buying process. He kept us well informed and was communicative the whole time.

Shrewd negotiator -- He got the other side to see things from our perspective and saved us a lot of money on some needed repairs.
