4 Stars because you have been very courteous as to not sell off my storage for being as far behind as I am.
I do need to say though, PLEASE invest a little money to catch up with the times.. Get a website and offer your customers a more convenient way to pay besides a check in the mail or sliding money under the OFFICE door of the pole barn location. Invest with possibly “PayPal Here” or “Square” so you can accept payment via Credit/Debit over the phone and at the office location ( if people are actually able to make it there during your most inconvenient business hours).
I would personally be willing to set all of this up for you myself and ask for nothing in return just to convenience the members of the community and those that use your services whom are not local. It’s much cheaper than you might imagine and a lot can be written off as business expenses anyway.

It use to be ok but there aren’t many places to rent storage in Delphi and this places price reflects that it’s also hard to get to
