If you have the opportunity to bank with someone else do it, expect operation to run like a small business, insane wait times, improper handling of money and irregular payment dates. Don’t expect anyone to apologize for any hardships.

Have not had much trouble with the bank it’s been an easy experience only problem I have is just lobby hours are unknown. I saw online that Friday they were open until 6pm so I walked up to the front door at 4pm and they were locked.

I am deployed in the Middle East and I send an allotment to my wife every two weeks. In the past month and a half, this bank has failed to accept the money twice. That money gets returned to DfAS and I don’t get it till the following check. This bank has cost me $5,400 and late fees with bills. This is the worst excuse of a bank I’ve ever seen. Completely useless from the top down to the people that work there. I grew up in DeMotte and know a lot of the people that work there. They are trash in every sense. Worthless bank with worthless employees.
