After shopping around and speaking with multiple brokers, we found Dave & instantly was impressed with his willingness to educate us on our first time home buying process. Throughout the months he absolutely exceeded our expectations and had a transparent way of doing business that we greatly appreciated. Dave Cook and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with! There was never a point that we felt on our own through the whole mortgage and paperwork process! Dave, Alyssa and Molly were beyond helpful with all of our questions. Dave offered us alternative financing options that worked with our budget. As a novice to the mortgage world, Dave proved that he was experienced and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. He has continued to give us insight and an understanding of our financing options. We especially loved the video walk throughs that were provided to explain the various options available to us. We have continued to receive great support even after our mortgage was finalized. We can't recommend Dave Cook and his team enough!!
