I have been a loyal Allstate customer for over 20 years, but my experience with the Devery Prince office has been extremely disappointing. After my previous agent retired, my policy was transferred to this office. Recently, I suffered a significant loss at home and tried to contact the office for assistance. Despite leaving several messages requesting a callback, I received no response. I had to file the claim online and go through the entire process without any support from the office. This level of service is unacceptable. While Allstate might be a good choice for insurance, the Devery Prince office is definitely not.”

After helping my daughter Grace purchase her first car, I called my local Allstate Agency and spoke with Sara Mathews. Sara was friendly, professional and well in informed of the different options available. When we were done reviewing the options, Sara emailed three quotes to me so I could discuss them with my daughter. The next day, I called Sara to let her know which option we selected. She finalized the new policy and emailed copies. She was very efficient throughout entire process and a pleasure to work with.

When having to deal with claim they are always the first ones I call and they have a great customer service and follow back up with you during the process. The team at Devery Prince has provided excellent service for our company over the past 2 years. As a small business owner, finding initial insurance coverage in Alaska was very difficult.
