DHC property management run fast! I’ve been with this company for 4 years and never been late with a payment l. I recently moved because they increased the rent each year $200- 300. Upon me leaving I left the property in clean condition that they could move a tenant in same day. They kept my security deposit because they said the place needed painting which is normal wear and tear. These companies will do anything to not give you security know they also need to pay interest. They are a scam run quickly! I will be taking them to court because it’s not fair.

At first renting with DHC was good until we ran into problems with our neighbor who was also contracted under them, stealing our mail which they did nothing about. Additionally, throwing away personal items and refusing to accept responsibility or pay us back. Along with ignoring a construction problem that was extremely hazardous and dangerous to all residents in both units. Don’t rent with them
