Terrible company!! They continue to let a tenant feed and house stray cats at the expense of all the other tenants that have to live in the filth.
When I complained they treat me like I’m in the wrong. Aggressive, stinky cats and management that doesn’t care. Yuck!!!

Ever since they have taken over my building it's gone downhill, everything from 8 manager in less than two year. Constant issues with broken gate, homeless going through the trash as well as a large amount of folks of questionable legal status and background moving in. My complex is all one bedrooms however they have multiple families of 3 plus living here. Loud neighbors who seemingly don't work as they NEVER leave, the managers are just bodies so don't care about any of the issues, there are residents smoking cigarettes and pot in their apartment and it can be smelled through the A/C vents they do nothing about the complaints. Cars have been broken into due to the broken gate, the grounds are dead and brown , new residents down clean after their dogs so there's poo on the grass and the families here allow their children to run rampant and unsupervised, again management does nothing. The laundry payment machine has been down for months and most long term residents have moved and 'll be doing the same at the end of my lease. Such a shame they ruined a place that once had a 6 month waiting list to move into.

As far as Ms Cindy at 10Ten on Main, goes she’s been nice and helpful as far as I know but I’m being evicted because I was in a not at fault accident while working as I was hit by a drunk driver in the middle of the night while I was on the road(truck driver) I can’t work right now as I’m going through psychiatric counseling as the accident was fatal and I haven’t been dealing with that well i still have a job but it’s safety sensitive and I have to be cleared and I’m going through a process to get paid out by the at fault insurance provider which I am entitled to and I’ll go back to work once I’m cleared all I ask is for time and all bills will be paid in full as I’m a hard work but I’m getting tossed out on the street and I’m gonna lose everything from things from my truck to everything in the apartment because something happened to me that was not my fault you guys are ruining my life and aren’t giving hard working people a chance now I’m gonna have to start over with nothing at all

Landlords in Arizona are required to provide an itemized receipt for the money they take from their tenants' security deposit return, but these people have failed to do so despite multiple requests from my end.

(See attached picture for their poor excuse for a security deposit return).

When I spoke with one of them named Ebony over the phone, asking for a specific example of what supposedly needed to be cleaned, she told me "We do not specify those things" and "We are not going to take up the time to do so".

Again: Landlords in AZ are REQUIRED to "specify those things".

It is also very revealing that she would say this shortly after telling me she had pictures of what condition the apartment was left in.

(It was spotless, by the way, which explains why they wouldn't provide any evidence for their bogus charges).

I have sent a couple emails since then requesting an itemized receipt, but they have not replied.

These people are extremely dishonest, unethical, and unprofessional.

The Papago View apartments on McDowell in Phoenix are scary. Not only do many of the units have a bed bug infestation , there are no lights in the parking lot. Not a good area to be walking to your apartment in the dark or leaving your unattended vehicle for that matter.

Moved into a property that was not move in ready at all! Very disappointed I have to stay here for 12-months!!
Edit: False accusations from a tenant that lead me to spending money to move out, case dismissed because they could not keep up with me in court, i then found out that the tenants i got into the altercation with are friends/close with the property manager, constant unpleasant smells on the walk home due to people not cleaning after pets, filthy stair way, dirty pool, minimal gym equipment, rude staff inside Diamond assets place of management, I moved into an unfinished apartment that I would a bullet painted over and had to move 3 buildings down after being there maybe 48 hours due to a roach infestation and you guys think I owe you money! I shouldn't owe a dime ! DO NOT MOVE WITH THEM!

DO NOT RENT HERE. I moved to Steelyard apartments and management is indescribably horrible. Upon my move in day I meet the leasing agent at our scheduled time and she does not have keys for me blaming it on someone else not leaving them for her. We agreed the keys would be left in a lock box so when I showed up with movers the next day I could move in. However, the keys left for me did not work to get into the property so clearly the maintenance man (Kenny) or leasing agent (Chelsea) did not even try them. I had to wait for someone to bring another key while I was paying movers hourly. When moving into my unit there were blinds missing on the windows, including the front door, a window spray painted and chipping off IN MY SHOWER, the unit was unclean and had dirty laundry left from previous tenants, the lock on the door did not work, the shower head was so calcified I'm surprised it even spit out water, I could go on. There was no privacy and I felt unsafe so I had to find other accommodations for a week until some issues were fixed. After 2-3 weeks of trying to get a hold of these people some of the issues have been addressed with communication back about every 2 days or so if I'm lucky. They did refund me the $150 "redecorating" fee after going back and forth for about a week. Not sure how previous tenants dirty laundry, trash and broken glass outside was "redecorating" or "move in ready." Chelsea informed me when touring the apartment that no one had been in to maintenance, clean or landscape YET and that it would be done before I moved in. They had about 3 weeks in between this time to make the unit move in ready. It was in worse condition the next time I saw it the day I was supposed to get my keys and the maintenance man Kenny informed me it is my responsibility to landscape and clean as a tenant now as if it's my responsibility to clean up after previous tenants and horrible employees? Kenny, Chelsea and who ever is on the other side of the phone calls and texts to this property manager are the most unhelpful, careless and thoughtless people I have ever had to deal with and I regret leasing here after only 2 weeks.

I get you have a job but these people who own the places we live don’t care about us they care more about their ROI than helping/keeping people work hard house through a setback because that’s all it is for me. Now I have to throw away everything I worked hard because I don’t have anywhere to put it because I’m getting the boot this coming Monday Morning. I’m gonna have all my stuff thrown out and the apartment cleaned and keys turned in Monday morning because I’m not hateful and it’s the right thing to do even tho I didn’t lack on my responsibilities or do anything wrong I’m still suffering consequences. And I thank you for the information although I’ve already tried everything and couldn’t get help on time but these reviews are here to warn decent hard working people how unfair it could be for them if something like my situation happened to them. This isn’t a cry for help because i know I won’t get any I just wanted to share my experience with people to help them find a home that’s right for them.
