It's quiet, the units are lovely and newly updated. The property manager and maintenance man are both excellent, handling any and all issues promptly. Kathryn was wonderful to work with in the leasing office, everything was a breeze. It's a breathe of fresh air out here.

It’s a quiet place to live so far… Neighbors seem friendly! The manager to the office made the Christmas promotion so simple and easy and the moving in after the lease was signed a breeze!!! I would give more stores if I knew more about the complex. Also have a playground that made my niece feel comfortable even by herself.

Just moved here recently. It's nice, clean, quiet and the property manager swiftly handles any issues. Great place to live. Feels safe. During the snowstorm they made sure to salt everyone's walk ways and made sure the parking lot got snow plowed. Very considerate.

We currently just moved in and I’ll tell you the changes that have been made since new management has taken over is like a night and day difference. The office manager is very personable, the apartments are newly renovated, and they have great deposit specials!

The owner mark muscleman is a greedy guy only caring about his income . They don’t work with you . Mark is also using all the funds to fund a mega apartment complex in Indy and not fixing the townhomes that are falling apart. He constantly firing apartment managers saying they are stealing his money when they haven’t . He goes through so many property managers it’s pathetic . Greedy ken only cars about himself and no one else . I hope he gets what’s coming to him. You're a couple days late to pay rent then they say they are going to start the eviction process . The two beds are falling apart from the outside in . Paint on the outside falling off wood around windows is falling off and brittle . The whole outside of the two beds needs remodeling but the owner says it’ll last two more years . The manager Marianne miller is a joke she’s as bad as the owner himself . She won’t work with you because her and and the owner just care about $$$$ two beds cost over 1100$ not worth what work needs to be done to the apartments . Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . I would give the complex a negative review if I could.

I’ve had absolutely no issues renting here, any maintenance request has been fulfilled in a timely manner. Marianne is a great manager, communicates very well with us residents. Safe place to raise our kids, the playground here is an added bonus! 10/10 recommend.
