Care is great, BUT communication is poor. I was early for a 3pm appointment, door locked no one around, no sign on the door, no message on their phone line, and no indication that they should be closed at that hour on their website. I left a message on their phone saying I was there and would wait awhile. Left a few minutes before 3 then get a text saying I had missed my appointment . Called and talked to staff who explained they are at lunch between 2-3, then kept repeating I missed my appointment, was I there at 3, no, then I missed my appointment, tried to explain that this was not entirely my fault as they gave no indication when I made the appointment that they go to lunch that late, and no where did I find that information. Staff said they would talk to Doctor. I just received a bill for the 45 dollar fee for having missed an appointment. I was willing to split the bill but nope they continued with the hard line which is infuriating and I won’t go back in spite of the good care. I will not place myself in such a negative situation again.

I absolutely love the ladies here. Yes it’s taken me some time to get used to the actuator method as I was going to Dr. Dutra in Lemoore before his passing. I enjoyed getting turned into a pretzel and getting cracked and aligned and I miss our long heartfelt conversations but I think he would be happy I found a new home. The pain in my hands is virtually gone now and even if it starts to creep up, the doc does an amazing job at nipping it in the butt before it gets bad again. She takes care of my neck and back pain and they even do the electrical shock treatment. Just this past Tuesday I had meeting at 4 to attend and the ladies did a fantastic job of not only getting me seen and treated but out by 3:30 so that I could make my meeting. They were so professional and accommodating I can’t thank them enough for not only putting up with me, but helping me in the process. To anyone who’s at all hesitant to see a chiropractor for pain, do yourself a favor and see the ladies here. They are all absolutely amazing and will help you and make you feel at home.

Love this place! If you’re looking for friendly staff who will also get the job done you’re in the right place. Both doctors really evaluate each, individual patient and find wants needed. Unlike other places, they tell you exactly what’s wrong and how to prevent it from happening again.

Called them - waited 17 minutes on hold. Called them on a second line to see if they forgot about me on hold. I was placed on hold again for another 5 minutes. The answer was a simple "yes" or "no" as to a service being provided. This does not speak for the quality of service by the doctors (will be unfair to say anything negative), but certainly the staff needs to get more educated on what services they do or do not provide.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. My dog was in so much pain for over a week she threw her back out, after taking her to Tulare Vet hospital for 2 back to back visit and 2 completely different diagnosis... asked fb for recommendation on chiropractor.. Here we are. After 2 adjustments, my dog went from barley walking, back to her old self. Happy and playing!!!! 100% worth coming here and will forever have my business.
