Had a great experience with Craig at District lending. Was available after hours on weekend and after 5pm to answer questions we had. Tried to get us a lower rate after we locked in a slightly higher rate but we ultimately decided against because the different lender would have given us a large PMI. Overall great team to work with

Josh and his team at District Lending did more than just help us get the best rate on the market at the time - they also helped us through every step the process. We appreciated how responsive the were to all of our questions as first time homebuyers, they were happy to help - even at the times we felt like we may have been asking too many beginner questions!
We've now been proud homeowners for a few years and have started a family in a beautiful house we wouldn't have been able to call home without District's help throughout the whole process.

Horrible company to talk. Josh Rapaport is very rude and didn't want to help because I already had a lender. When is coming to buy homes as a buyer yo can have up to 3 lenders to compare. This company is a joke.
