I've been with DGFCU since a teenager and grandfathered in due to my grandfather being a member. I've always loved how patient n friendly all the staff is, they make it easy to get loans and work with any budget.

I locked my card a couple times before. And that's because I kept putting in the wrong password. So it locked my card. I think that's a good feature. I've called the number before and it was a lot. I personally haven't had a problem with them. The girls inside are very polite to me. I don't see what's going on with all these reviews. Like I said, I personally haven't had a problem at all. Once I stop putting in the wrong password, everything straightened out because I stopped messing up.

my card and my son’s card-separate account both were locked on a Friday night. Bank is closed till Monday. Called the 1-800 number and the staff would not explain to me why it was locked or anything. Wouldn’t answer questions clearly and rushed me off the phone. I received no phone call informing me of my locked card. I know have to go all weekend with no access to my card. Holiday weekend. Very frustrating

They have been great! I have been with them for 20 years ... my license and a whole book of checks was stolen from me and they helped me out tremendously they noticed it wasn’t my signature on the checks they received and called me... so thankful for great helpful people! They also have a kids club savings account your kids can set up my kids enjoy getting the statements in the mail from them! Thanks ladies you all do a wonderful job! Have a wonderful day 😊

If you have fraud on your card, they still charge you 10 dollars to get another card, even though it was no fault of your own….double wham. Other places don’t do this. I could see them charging you if it was your fault.
