Our roof had a lot of damage in a storm from 2023 so I made a call to DMG Realty. I contracted with them & we got the paperwork with insurance started right away. Our homeowners insurance has put alot of stops in finalizing payments multiple times but here we are in August of 2024 finally with our finished roof! There were many forces behind Pablo helping out. I can't stress enough the appreciation for all the time put into scheduling, calling, confirming, visiting, emailing, REscheduling(insurance & sometimes me) to get us with a new roof. Paula for the patience in all the questions I randomly had; Roberto in dealing with the home visits; and the rest of the men whose names I truly didn't catch. A huge shout out to the contracted team who installed the roof contracted by DMG. Oscar, Lencho and the other men worked extra hard in the Chicago heat we had the past few days! They were exceptionally polite, friendly, and me being nosey, patient with some random questions I had. They left everything cleaned up very well around our property when they were done as well. Thank you to everyone who helped us out!

I should have read the reviews before scheduling a house tour. Terrible people. I was sitting outside for 40 minutes when I showed up to the showing ON TIME. I called multiple times to see where my realtor was at but it was all lies. Then, right when I'm driving away (on the phone trying to connect with someone) I get told that the realtor was there the whole time and didn't see anyone and left 🙃 How when I was sitting outside for over 30mins. I even spoke to the resident living there bc I was waiting so long. But apparently, I was a ghost to this lady. I'm going to their personal building and leaving another review bc this realtor is scamming people's time.

As an owner of investment properties in south Chicago we are very impressed with the service we have received from DMG. Excellent email communication and prompt monthly statements, great team of maintenance staff. Beginning of November we had a furnace that needed replacing and we were texted a notification about 2:00 am, then a follow up phone call at 9:00am to ensure that we approved the work order in a timely manner so our tenants were looked after in the cold temperatures. Execution speed and the immediate communication was excellent!! All other details have been handled by Cristina Hernandez in an extremely efficient and professional manner. Highly recommend this company.

Transferring my properties to DMG recently was smooth and they had everything set up very quickly. Gabriela is knowledgeable in property management and amazing working with tenants! It is nice to always be able to reach someone and know that your tenants are being taken care of too!

I was very concerned about a vacant unit , I had the opportunity to speak with Pablo, who is very professional and listened to my concerns and provided recommendations, working with me on a solution. DMG really does care about owners and tenants!

I'm new to Property Management Services. I did shop around looking for a vendor to hire. After contacting a few Property Management Companies, I knew DMG Realty Group was the one. What I like about DMG, is that they have a store front for business, and it seemed like the other companies work from home. Every time I called, DMG someone always answered and is willing to assist, very professional. GREAT!!!!! The selling point in hiring DMG, when speaking to the Property Managers there (Pablo and Gabriella), they were honest, professional, and provided me with professional Property Management advise and committing to their follow-ups. Other Property Management companies seemed like "car sales reps", they didn't listen to MY needs unlike DMG. Highly recommended.

Pablo Ayala and his crew completed several renovations on my condo including a bathroom remodel, balcony renovation, installation of 2 bedroom doors and stripping/reglazing of wood floors. All this work was well done and very impressive. Pablo and his crew were professional , courteous and respectful of my home. Pablo was always accessible by phone/e-mail and addressed all concerns/questions quickly. His estimates were detailed , concise and easy to understand. Visitors to my home were very impressed. My condo was placed on the market and was under contract after only 2 weeks. The renovations done by Pablo and his crew put my condo above others and impressed prospective buyers. Pablo and his crew arrived on time and completed work in a timely manner with minimal intrusion. I felt my condo was given their full attention. If you want timely high quality renovations , DMG Realty Group is the company for you!

I own properties out of state and was very nervous to have someone manage my properties. The team at DMG is awesome and can handle everything from finding you a property to remodeling it so you can rent it out. The whole team is super responsive to emails and phone calls and really care about their customers. They also are very knowledgeable with the laws and always send me photos of work done / permits / etc. I would recommend DMG to anyone looking for someone to manage or work on their properties.

Horrible!!!!!! We had a house for sale through them. Unfortunately, it caught fire. They "helped" board the house because the Real estate agent said not to have anyone else help board it up that they were going to take care of it and send the invoice to our insurance company and we had nothing to worry. Now they're charging US and threatening to send us to collections. When they said it was all going through insurance! Just horrible place!
