Very disappointed! This is the second time I’ve tried getting there before 8 they always close their doors 20-30 minutes before. I’ve had to send money to Mexico during an emergency and was unable to because of closed doors ☹️
Staff was seen inside, helping a customer inside, and refused to open for one more customer @740.

Takes forever to do anything. Asks you to sit down to make a phone call. Then they start helping other customers instead of helping you. Give you a million hoops to jump through and want every piece of your information just to close 2 hours for lunch and say they can't help you when you come back

La atención es de lo peor ni siquiera se merece una estrella le recomiendo que no vayan en el horario de la tarde donde atiende una mujer gorda cabello castaño muy grosera y petulante le cambia el cheque a quien le da la gana y si no te lo quiere cambiar Siempre dice que no hay dinero por favor como no va a haber dinero ya es la tercera vez que me pasa he ido en el horario de la mañana atiende otra señora no es el mejor servicio pero al menos no es tan grosera y petulante como la de la tarde
