We recently switched over to State Farm for all of our insurance needs. First experience went great with the salesman (who was new) and things started to unravel quickly after the switch. We thought we made a mistake and was going to switch again after only a week! I called the office and spoke with Heather which was so worth the call. Heather fixed all my concerns and got me back on track with moving to State Farm. Heather truly cares about customer service and spent time going over everything with us to make sure we felt in good hands. The salesman almost lost our business and Heather KEPT it. Altough not smooth until speaking with Heather it was all still very much worth the effort to switch as we saved alot of money! Our coverage is better too! Heather is (quite literally) an expert. Ask her about any State Farm product and she'll have (or get you) the answer. The office here prides themselves on delivering experiences most agencies fail to deliver, which is how they have been successful the last 15-16 years in operation.

I got my first ever policy from this office and still carry it with them- I have not found better rates elsewhere. Something you should keep in mind as a buyer: just because you have a lower rate doesn't mean you have the coverage you need. State Farm products provide affordable rates WITH great coverages.

This office is best suited for buyers who have decent credit scores and are relatively healthy- you'll get the best rates if your record is also clean. If not- no worries because the team can refer you to other insurance providers in town who can assist you.

If you're a veteran make sure you give this office a call- very veteran friendly and most of the staff have military family/backgrounds as well. You will get taken care of.

Just remember that the office staff do NOT determine your rates and that they will do their best to consult you on your options for the best plans within your needs & budget :). I highly recommend doing business with the Niese Agency State Farm!

Donna’s team has always been super helpful. We had a bit of a rough month where both our vehicles quit on us and needed towed. I called the office and they were able to help right away. One time they even had to make a few calls to get a new tow company to come pick us up because the original company cancelled after we had already waited quite a while. They were quick, helpful and had answers to my questions when I was stressed out. Would highly recommend!
