I have had 3 conversations with Mike concerning our car insurance in the past few months. The first conversation, after receipt of our bill for renewal I had questions as to why the large increase in premium, Mike went over some options for us and found that we were getting Excellent coverage. Unfortunately, we didn't locate any savings. (I also went insurance shopping and found that we have a good value with our SF insurance policies.)
2nd conversation was after buying a new vehicle, he helped us update the new vehicle and helped to ensure we would be keeping the same coverages.
3rd conversation was due to changing our new vehicle to an AWD, we changed the VIN and date of purchase.
