Why is it so hard to keep the area clean? They put out buckets for the lids to plastic bottles and then just let them over flow. Why don't they just remove the buckets and put up a sign saying,"Use the ground"? They could rake them up there are so many. It's just stupid. Waste recycling is supposed to remove garbage from the environment. Ever hear of micro plastics?
