Nathan and Rachel were easily accessible and gave great service. We always felt that they were working hard for our best interests. The only issue we had was that the underwriters kept asking for more forms or for forms we had already submitted or telling us we were done and then asking for more paperwork. Overall, though, we started looking into buying a house (before even house hunting) in early August and closed on our house in early October, so the whole process was really fast! Nathan did a great job of making sure that we were able to go through with buying our first home despite having to crunch a lot of numbers and figure a number of things out, and Rachel was very sweet and personable and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a lender!
