Communication isn't their strongest trait. The people who work in the office are rude and give out false information. I asked one lady how long does it take for a refund and she said 5-7 days and another person said 30-60 days. I came to the office at 1:15 and the doors were locked. I called and they said they were on lunch break until 1 and when I told her it was after 1, she got an attitude and told me she couldn't help me.

Update:
I still haven't received my refund. I was told 60 days then I was told 30-45 days after it took them almost a month to process the refund and now they won't answer the phone. It shouldn't be a problem. I wish I could leave more than one review but I'll just keep updating until I get my money back

I do not know why these people that works in these leasing offices have attitudes like they are not the ones that chose to work here. I went online on their website and requested a tour/fill out an application. It was confirmed for 9:30am. I made it here at exactly 9:30 and no one was in the office. Office hours says 9 to 5. No one came until 10am. When I went in to ask for an application the girl with the dread Locs sitting behind the desk said No we don’t have any apartments available. When I told her I filled out the form she said she doesn’t know who runs that because they don’t have anything. So I drove 45 minutes for nothing. Do better and leave your attitude at home. If you don’t like what you do then find something else. Customer service may not be for you.

I booked a Tour online, it was confirmed. When I got there the lady advised me that they had no apartments available and told me to look online. I told her that I looked online and it stated that they did have apartments available. She stated that online needs to be updated and nothing is available. So I basically wasted my time showing up. I’ve been getting the same run down all year. This company is super unprofessional and will waste your time. The townhomes are nice but its not worth what the leasing office puts you through.

First off they don’t answer phone. Email respond are sent by uneducated unprofessional person with spelling errors. When we finally schedule an appointment that THEY scheduled when we arrived they looked at me like I stepped out of a spaceship. Very ratchet and ghetto with the eye rolling for no reason. Property management seem fairly incompetent, uncouth and have no idea how to be professional. Why would you literally schedule my appointment? Have me come all the way out there just tell me they don’t know what’s going on just to tell me the properties are not available.

The property manager has the nastiest attitude. She speaks to tenants as if they’re children. She will hang up on you. She will yell at you. They do not respond to work requests. I have been waiting for a repair for 8 months. I have not heard 1 positive thing from anyone about the property manager, it seems that everyone has the same experience or worse. The neighbors are nice and it’s a nice community. There are a lot of children but they’re respectful. People let their dogs and cats explore the neighborhood so there is poop everywhere. Maintenance does not throw salt or shovel like they should or clean up the trash.
