After contacting them several times informing them their statements are not being sent on time. They canceled my policy without notice. After I spoke with them they sent the notice. When I submitted screenshots as evidence I had reached out to address the issue they ignored me again.
All I recognized was an ‘I’m sorry’
I went with another company and got better coverage for less. And they returned all my call and emails. I absolutely wouldn’t use this company at all.

They were really helpful getting my home insurance set up.
But, there seemed to have been a glitch in their system and took my account off auto pay. I then got a call stating they needed our updated address to send up "paper work" this paper work was in fact a cancellation notice. I am not sure why they didn't notify me at the time of the call that a payment was needed. When I left a message to be called back, it was never returned a call. I ended up having to call them again and was told this was my fault and that they don't even look at the billing when making this call.
