The worst agency I've ever dealt with. They have terrible service and no follow up. Tried to cancel a home owners policy for months with them to no avail. Now I'm left dealing with traveler's ins myself . They are great at take your money but you get nothing for it. They don't have your back.

Went in yesterday for insurance after calling ahead of time. First, the girl who I spoke with on the phone was somewhat rude. I asked her name since it wasn't provided when she answered. I got to the office about an hour later and asked to speak with her. There was girl sitting at the back computer who just looked at me and slightly smiled. I asked her if it was her. In which she shook her head and said how can I help you.. Explained I spoke with her on the phone and would like to start the insurance we had discussed. She asked for the vin # and my I.D, walked to her desk for a few minutes, came back gave me my total and said an email would be sent me to sign the papers. Yes I called prior but nothing about the insurance was discussed. The call was solely about aquote. She never even went over the insurance details. Just wanted my money and seemed like she couldn't get me out quick enough. You know I have been going to this company for my insurance needs for years and I have never left feeling badly but yesterday was horrible. We weren't greeted when we walked in, the girl I dealt with had no customer service mannerisms, and came off very rude and very unfriendly. When I asked her about the papers to sign in office she just looked at me and said if that's what you want I guess we can. In which the gentleman at the front desk said that most companies are going to resign. I get that completely but the girl I was dealing with should have spoke up and spoke. Instead she just came off very rude and very unwelcoming. Also the gentleman in the back desk had a friend come in, walked around and went over and just sat there to talk and hang out. I just have never had this type of experience at this establishment and I have never left feeling so unwelcomed from the customer service and not sure if I'll be returning to this establishment because of this experience. I can get my insurance needs taken care of elsewhere and if this type of service keeps happening this place won't be losing just my business.

I love this insurance company. I've been driving for a long time and I've never seen rates this low, it almost feels criminal. I went from paying nearly $90 a month to $19...no that's not a typo, nineteen dollars a month. Blew my mind. The staff are incredible and very friendly. The office is a little out of the way but easy enough to find. Parking leaves a little to be desired but nothing to complain about and the service more than makes up for that. Would recommend 100%
